114 Lawson Overlook
The 114 Lawson Overlook project was a custom spec home we built in the Town of Mountain Village, sitting just above Telluride. For this design our go-to architect, Jack Wesson With JWA, made possible this truly unique telluride property that sits perched in the mountains, with incredible views of the valley below and the peaks surrounding the town. With a Design like this it is no wonder as soon as our team broke ground we had the house under contract with a buyer! With just a few personal touches to add, they proceeded with the main design of the home, and went forward with the build possess which we continued to carefully collaborate on throughout in order to meet and exceed the buyers dreams and expectations.

This project was a very large remodel job that spanned roughly 2 years, and involved redesigning practically the entire home, from exterior styling and upfitting to a completely revised and modern interior. This project was brought to us and entrusted to us by Tommy Hein, a renowned architect out of the Telluride area, known for his incredible blend of an entirely authentic touch on modern, and a deep connectedness to nature and the land. We where thrilled to complete this magnificent home for Tommy and his Clients, and be trusted to execute and deliver to them a true dream home.

We Built these two homes from the ground-up, and Designed them to be listed uppon completion. however, both properties where quickly under contract while in the building phase, with enthusiastic buyers exited to move into their beautifull new mountian homes!
